How it works
 
1) Upon log in
  • Choose Returns and Service Requests
    This is located on the left-hand side of the screen
  • To create a new return request
    Choose your order from the drop-down
  • Once you find the right *Sales Order
    -The sales order number is located on the left-hand side of pick paper under your bill to address
    -The sales order number can also be found on your invoice on the left-hand side right above ship date
  • Click on the Blue Return button
    Choose items you want to return by checking the small box to the left of the item
    Choose the quantity you want to return
    Choose the Return Reason from the drop-down list
    Choose Item condition from the drop-down list
  • Please add comments to support the reason you are returning in the box provided. Attach any pictures that would support the reason you are returning
    Accept the Return Policy
    Submit request
2) Repair, replace, or reimburse
  • Dwyer’s warranty is limited to repair or replacement at factory’s discretion, as noted in our published Terms & Conditions of Sale in our catalogs and on our website. 
  • If a warranty issue is verified, our evaluation fee will automatically be waived and our factory will rectify or replace the item at no charge.
  • Credit can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed prior to evaluation.
  • Regularly  stocked models, new/unused and in original packaging, are returnable for full credit for up to 60 days of purchase (ship) date. 
  • After 60 days of purchase, regularly stocked models, new/unused and in original packaging, are returnable with a 20% restocking fee for up to 1 year.
  • After 1 year of purchase, no products are returnable for credit.
  • Custom made and non-stock products are not eligible for credit as stated on your order acknowledgement as well as the Dwyer Website.

3) Hazardous Materials 

The “Returner” verifies that all returned products listed under the referenced RMA#, have been cleaned, washed, or otherwise decontaminated to remove any hazardous substances, chemicals or dangerous materials, and pose no risk to the personnel or property of Dwyer Instruments, Inc.  Decontamination includes, but is not limited to, the removal of radiological, biological, or hazardous substances from the products, to the extent such substances are not by design physically incorporated into the product. Returner assumes all responsibility and liability for failure to comply with this verification. Dwyer Instruments, Inc. reserves the right to bill the Returner for any and all costs associated with the decontamination of any property, equipment, personnel, disposal of products, or personnel injury, which may occur as a result of dealing with products returned for which Dwyer Instruments, Inc. have determined to be improperly decontaminated.  The Returner may also be responsible for legal fees, penalties, or other action that may be incurred by Dwyer as a result of Returner’s failing to decontaminate products or failure to comply with this verification.
